Meet Yiota
I've spent over two decades in communications, which is a polite way of saying I've spent 20 years watching the gap between what people say and what they actually mean.
I became a coach because I know that gap from the inside. I've been the person who looked entirely fine and was quietly running on empty. What I learned getting out of that is the foundation of everything I do now.
I'm an ICF certified coach, a Coach and Mentor at the Ministry of Justice Coaching and Mentoring Hub, and a mentor on the Government Graduate Aspiration Programme. I work with clients in English and in Greek.
I've spent years helping people find clarity when they need it most - sometimes with three days to figure something out, sometimes with three months.
I'm also Greek. I've built my own life in another country. I know that particular kind of loneliness only expats and diaspora know - doing everything right and still feeling like a stranger in your own days. That experience informs how I work with anyone building a life in unfamiliar territory, in any language.
Big interview tomorrow and your mind won't stop spinning? I've been the voice on the other end of that call.
Difficult conversation you've rehearsed a hundred times? I've helped clients walk into that room ready.
A decision you've been avoiding for months? We've worked it through together, one honest question at a time.
My credentials: ACC ICF-certified coach.
My method: I.TH.A.C.A. (Integration Through Awareness Coaching Application), named for the Greek symbol of the journey home to yourself.
My working languages: English and Greek.
My availability: Urgent when you need it, deep when you're ready.
I don't cheerlead. I don't hand you a five-step plan I've used on someone else. I ask the questions that cut through the noise, and I stay with you while you find your own answer!''
