Using a holistic approach that is rooted in active listening and the techniques of the ancient Greek philosopher and first coach, Socrates, I work with people to help them clarify their values and align their actions with their goals.
In my coaching practice, I use the I.TH.A.C.A. (Integration Through Awareness Coaching Application) approach to help my coachees integrate their insights and experiences into their daily lives.
This approach, combined with reflection exercises, open questioning, and goal-setting frameworks, helps my clients build self-awareness, develop greater empathy for themselves and others, and improve their communication skills.
